Gabriel Nightingale. You vaguely remember the name from the coverage in the aftermath of the genocide in Rwanda. Some Canadian sergeant on the peacekeeping force who was very vocal in condemning the lack of response by the west, and the withdrawal of troops that led up to the worst of the violence. There was also something about a minor diplomatic incident with Canada when he was found to be an Aeromancer during a visit to the UK. Following this, he's been an occasional forgettable talking head on equality which the news scrapes up when they can't find anyone with some actual talent on screen.
