The Magic Sphere and the Circle Unbroken

“The Magic Sphere was a shadow of its former self. Its paragons had fallen and the partnership of Johnson and Clark had been irreparably shattered. It was then that out of the ashes a new leadership arose in the form of Dame Nell Lincoln. Once a humble children's entertainer, Dame Nell had risen through the ranks of the Sphere during the 'Seven Covens Crisis' as not only an extremely adept Illusionist - working with the great Dan Paulsen and Merry Cherie - but also as a strategist and someone working for the good of the Sphere.

Following her assumption of power, Dame Nell began reshaping the Sphere. Its operations, confused by the new role of the Hammer and the Government in protecting Wytches, shifted to the promotion of Illusion magic in entertainment - not just using magic but promoting proper stagecraft and sleight of hand. While its concerns to the welfare of its members were not left to the side, The Magic Sphere rose from the ashes to be what it once was - a bastion of quality and the fantastic in the magical community. Over the years, performers included the great Garth Hendrick, the artful Art, the fabulous Jennifer Turpin as well as a final bow out by Paulsen and Cherie.

Meanwhile, the logistical side of the Sphere in protecting and defending members in difficult and dangerous situations passed to Gabriel Nightingale who revived what remained of the Attwood Circle, founded by the infamous Elias Attwood, shaping it to be what it always dreamt to be and working alongside the Sphere and HMMR to protect those members targeted by anti-Wytch extremism and those who found themselves in dangerous circumstances caused by magic.”
